Use the Equipment Coverage Application to list equipment to be covered, and be sure to include a description of your operations and how the equipment will be used. For insurance purposes, "Equipment" is mobile, and can be moved from site to site.This type of coverage can also be used to insure personal tools against theft/loss. You can list "personal tools" with a lump sum value.

"Property" is stationary, such as a building, or machinery bolted down to the floor. The contents of a building, such as office equipment, fixtures etc. can also be covered on a Property Policy. Use the Property Coverage Application to get coverage for your owned building and its contents.
